ASPRO, Inc. and its corporate affiliates ("ASPRO" or "we") provide this Website Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to respect your privacy. By using the ASPRO website (ASPRO-usa.com) and/or any of ASPRO’s online or mobile products, ASPRO hardware or software, or other services (“Services”), including when you access the Services through game system platforms or mobile devices, you agree to ASPRO’s Privacy Policy and that we may transfer and store your information in the United States.

ASPRO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes, but because some information is collected electronically, it can appear to be the personal information of the ASPRO purchaser of the product, and will be treated as such by this privacy policy. If a child under 13 submits personal information to ASPRO and we learn that that personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible.

For example as stated above, when you are on the Career section that links from our website you are on a page hosted by a third party which also has its own privacy policy.
